Hike through the Atlas Mountains on an amazing trek from Ouirgane to Toubkal National Park, immersed in culture and natural beauty.

Leave Marrakech for a drive to the High Atlas Mountains. The trek begins from Imi Oughlad (1,450m) where you will meet your Berber guide and muleteer crew. The first day will be an easy acclimatization hike through the beautiful Ouirgane National Park, with rolling terrain, copper-green soil and plenty of juniper trees. You will walk towards Tinzert village where you can have lunch with a beautiful view of the Ouirgane Valley. In the afternoon, we will follow a quiet trail through olive groves and valleys towards Marigha.
Approx. 5–6 hours walking.

Following breakfast, you’ll take paths through olive trees and gradually ascend to the magnificent Azzaden Valley. Upon entering this valley, you’ll be greeted by breathtaking views of the surrounding Atlas Mountains. Your guide and cook will prepare lunch for you at a lovely place that will be scouted along the way. In the afternoon, you’ll walk beside the river, traverse through traditional Berber villages, and eventually reach Aït Aïssa (1,860m).

Day 3: Aït Aïssa – Imlil – Marrakech
Today’s hike is a 5–7 hour hike through the Azzaden Valley, with a visit to the picturesque village of Tizi Oussem. We will take a detour to view Tamsoult waterfalls – the largest waterfall in Toubkal National Park – before continuing on a trail over Tizi Mzik Pass (2,500m), which has stunning views of the Imlil Valley and the Atlas range. We will descend to Imlil to end the hike before returning to Marrakech.
Approx. 5–6 hours walking + 1.5-hour transfer.
