To kick off your Moroccan journey, fly into Casablanca, the biggest city in the country. After you check into your high-end hotel (Four Seasons or Sofitel Tour Blanche are great options), take a guided tour of Hassan II Mosque, which is one of the largest mosques in the world. After the tour, enjoy a lavish dinner at Rick’s Café, which is inspired by the film “Casablanca”, which serves a remarkable take on Moroccan and International cuisine.
After breakfast, you will leave for Morocco’s capital, Rabat. First stop is the Royal Palace, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, where you can admire the architecture. Visit the remains of the ruins of Chellah and walk through the friendly Oudayas Kasbah. When you are ready for lunch, eat in a high amaounts-of-gastronomy restaurant, overlooking the Bouregreg River while indulging in food that is unique to Morocco and the Moroccan culture experience. The night will be spent in Rabat at a luxury riad or hotel.
Take off for Fes, stopping at Meknes and Volubilis. In Meknes, visit Bab Mansour and Heri es-Souani and then go to Volubilis to see the amazing Roman ruins. You will arrive in Fes just before evening and check in to an extravagant riad like Riad Fes or Palais Amani. Have a delicious dinner of local specialties, including pastilla.
Set aside a full day to discover Fes. You will begin the day with a guided tour of the UNESCO listed medina of Fes, a lively and bustling area with many different alleyways, shops and historical sites. You will enjoy sightseeing some gems that might have been missed without a guide – Al Quaraouiyine University is one, Bou Inania Madrasa is another. You will explore artisanal workshops to see craftsman complete work on intricate zellij tiles, we will hope to see him working leather as well. For lunch we will take you to a rooftop restaurant that has expansive views of Fes. In the evening we will visit a hammam to relax after a jam-packed day of experiencing Fes.
Departing in the early morning, you will drive through the breathtaking scenery of the Middle Ibis Atlas Mountains making your way towards Marrakech. During the five-hour drive, you will stop for lunch in Beni Mellal or Ifrane also known as “Little Switzerland” due to its mountain like style architecture. Arriving in Marrackech in the afternoon you will now check into an expensive resort like La Mamounia or Royal Mansour. Following check in you will indulge in one of Marrakechs finest dining experiences having fun scouring menu’s and ordering at the top of the spectrum dining experience.

End your trip with a full day of discovering the history and culture of Marrakech. Some of the sights you will want to visit are: Jardin Majorelle, Koutoubia Mosque, and Saadian Tombs. Enjoy wandering the Jemaa el-Fnaa square and try shopping in the busy souks. For your final dinner enjoy an amazing dining experience at Le Jardin, or Dar Yacout!
