Conditions of Sale
Welcome to the Conditions of Sales for RoaMorocco. Please read these Conditions of Sales carefully before making any booking. By confirming your reservation, you agree to abide by all the terms outlined in these Conditions of Sales.
Booking and Reservation Conditions of Sales:
All travel agency reservations and bookings must be made online, by telephone, or at one of our travel agent’s offices. To confirm any reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required. Remaining payments must be completed at least 30 days before the departure date, in accordance with our Conditions of Sales.
Payment Terms under the Conditions of Sales:
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. Credit card payments may incur surcharges.
All prices are net in Euro (€); clients may be charged additional transfer fees or currency exchange costs.
Non-payment will result in automatic cancellation of the booking as per the Conditions of Sales.
Cancellation Policy within the Conditions of Sales:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure will incur a 10% fee of the total amount.
Between 30 and 15 days before departure, a 50% charge applies.
Cancellations within the last 15 days before departure are subject to a 100% charge.
Changes and Modifications as per Conditions of Sales:
All cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.
An administrative fee applies to all changes within 30 days of departure according to the Conditions of Sales.
Travel Insurance – Important Condition of Sales:
We strongly advise all travelers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, personal belongings, and health.
RoaMorocco is not liable for losses arising from lack of insurance as stated in the Conditions of Sales.
Liability Clauses in the Conditions of Sales:
RoaMorocco acts solely as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport). We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from third-party actions.
Delays caused by weather, strikes, or force majeure are not our responsibility under the Conditions of Sales.
Passports and Visas – Conditions of Sales Reminder:
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from arrival in Morocco with two blank visa pages.
Clients are responsible for visa requirements and approvals. RoaMorocco may assist with documentation but cannot guarantee visas, as stated in our Conditions of Sales.
Health Requirements in the Conditions of Sales:
All travelers must comply with medical and health regulations for Morocco travel.
Any medical conditions must be disclosed at booking time as per the Conditions of Sales.
Complaints and Disputes Process in Conditions of Sales:
Complaints must be submitted to GCVT’s customer service within seven days after services end, or claims will be void.
Disputes not resolved amicably will be governed by Moroccan law under these Conditions of Sales.
