Experience the Atlas Mountains on an unforgettable trek from Ouirgane to Toubkal National Park, combining cultural discovery and breathtaking scenery.

Leave Marrakech and drive to the High Atlas Mountains. The trek begins in Imi Oughlad (1,450m), where you will be introduced to your Berber guide and muleteer team. The first day of trekking will be a gentle acclimatization hike through the scenic Ouirgane National Park, with rolling terrain, copper-green soil and lots of juniper trees. You will hike in the direction of Tinzert village where you can enjoy lunch with a view of Ouirgane Valley. You will follow a quiet trail in the afternoon through olive groves and valleys towards Marigha.
Expect to hike approx. 5–6 hours in total.

After breakfast, you will walk along paths through the olive trees and gradually start ascending into the beautiful Azzaden Valley. Upon your entrance to the valley, you will be taken away by the incredible views of the surrounding Atlas Mountains. Your guide and your cook will make lunch for you at a great spot scouted earlier in the walk. In the afternoon, you’ll walk beside the river, pass through traditional Berber villages, and end up at Aït Aïssa (1,860m).

Day 3: Aït Aïssa – Imlil – Marrakech
Today’s walk is a 5–7 hour hike through Azzaden Valley, visiting the beautiful village of Tizi Oussem. We will also take a detour to see the Tamsoult waterfalls , the biggest waterfalls within Toubkal National Park , before continuing on a trail over Tizi Mzik Pass (2,500m) with amazing views over Imlil Valley and the Atlas range. We will end the hike by descending to Imlil and returning to Marrakech.
Approx. walking 5–6 hours time + 1.5 hour transfer.
