Start early in the morning from Marrakech and drive to the village of Imlil, the gateway to the Toubkal region.
Meet your guide and begin the trek towards the Toubkal Refuge. The hike usually takes around 5-6 hours, depending on your pace and the trail conditions.
Enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys as you ascend.
Arrive at the Toubkal Refuge, located at an altitude of around 3,207 meters (10,522 feet). Relax and enjoy a hearty meal prepared by the refuge staff.
Spend the night at the Toubkal Refuge, resting and acclimatizing to the altitude in preparation for the summit push the next day.
Wake up before dawn and start your ascent to the summit of Toubkal, aiming to reach the top for sunrise. The climb typically takes around 3-4 hours from the refuge.
Trek across rocky terrain and scree slopes, following your guide’s lead.
