1. **Booking and Reservation**: –
All travel agency reservations and bookings must be made online, by telephone or at one of our travel agent’s offices. – 30% of the full amount that you will pay has to be made to confirm any reservation. Any outstanding amounts must be settled at least 30 days before the departure date.
2.**Payment Terms**:
– Payment can be done via credit card, bank transfer or cash. Surcharge may apply for payments by Credit card. – All Prices are nets in Euro (€), a client could be charged for any transfer fees or exchange rates. – In the event of non payment, the booking will be automatically cancelled even in the case where the penalty-fee put away is not yet due.
3. **Cancellation Policy**:
– Cancellation For cancellations up to the date of departure (at least 30 days in advance) 10% will be taken of the total amount The period between the 30thday and the 15thday before the trip will be charged 50% of the total amount The amount received for cancellations during the last 15 days before starting will be charged 100% concerning the total of the tour.
4. **Changes and Modifications**:
-All cancellation or amendment has to be in writing and is always subject to availability.- An administrative fee is applied to all cancellations or amendments within 30 days of departure.
5. **Travel Insurance**:
– We highly advise that you have full coverage travel insurance (includes general travel, trip cancellation, personal property and health related) – Travel agency is not liable for financial loses due to insurance purchased or not.
6. **Liability**:
– Roamorocco is used strictly as a mediator between cabana guests and the providers of the services you will receive (hotels, airlines, transportation companies). As such we are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage or claim from the customer because of acts or default of those third parties.- The travel agency is not responsible for any delay in your tour program due to weather conditions, strikes, or any other force and majeur event.
7. **Passports and Visas**:
The passport must be valid for 6 months from the arrival date in Morocco and should have at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps – It is the responsibility of the clients to check with their respective consulate about the visa requirement for Morocco and other countries along their itinerary. – The travel agency can assist in compiling required documents for visa applications but does not guarantee the approval of visas.
8. **Health Requirements**:
– Passengers must adhere to all medical and health requirements as set by the health authorities for travel to Morocco. – Any medical condition must be mentioned at the time of booking.
9. **Complaints and Disputes**:
Here are sold services of the travel agency and complaints directed against the travel agent shall be effected within seven days after the end of the service at GCVT’S customer service department of otherwise, the customer will be deprived of any claim. – In any case of disagreement, if not resolved amicably, disputes will be submitted to Moroccan law and jurisdiction.
