All bookings and reservations must be made through the official channels of the travel agency, either online, via phone, or in person at one of our offices. – A deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required to confirm any booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the departure date. 2.
**Payment Terms**:
– Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. For credit card payments, a surcharge may apply. – All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise specified. – In case of late payment, the travel agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.
3. **Cancellation Policy**:
– Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total trip cost. – Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total trip cost. – Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total trip cost.
4. **Changes and Modifications**:
– Any changes or modifications to an existing booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability. – An administrative fee may apply for any changes made less than 30 days before departure.
5. **Travel Insurance**:
– It is highly recommended that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss or theft of personal belongings. – The travel agency is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
6. **Liability**:
– The travel agency acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies). Therefore, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by travelers due to actions or omissions by these third parties. – The travel agency is not responsible for any delays or changes in itinerary caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
7. **Passports and Visas**:
– Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports and necessary visas for entry into Morocco and any other countries included in their itinerary. – The travel agency can provide assistance with visa applications but does not guarantee visa approval.
8. **Health Requirements**:
– Travelers must comply with all health requirements and vaccinations as recommended by health authorities for travel to Morocco. – Any medical conditions should be disclosed to the travel agency at the time of booking.
9. **Complaints and Disputes**:
– Any complaints regarding services provided by the travel agency should be reported immediately to our customer service team. – If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, disputes will be subject to Moroccan law and jurisdiction.
